Amazing Agent
Oz is an Amazing Agent. I had the pleasure dealing with him for a year at one of his supervise properties at Liverpool. He is attentive, responsive, friendly, understanding and professional. He listened to me and supported me very quickly e.g. I locked myself out, with the keys inside, no spare or anyone to call. I called Oz and he helped to look for a locksmith, called to check on me if I was okay and safely home. The bathroom sink tab was playing up, told him and he got someone to fix it in 2days.
I was meant to move out on the 22nd but my arranged truck disappointed me and I need some extra day, even with the landlord on his back, Oz calmly told me is was okay and gave me enough time to move.
There is a lot. I will certainly work with him again if I am back in the Liverpool area
